First Grade along with Ms. Hartman's Kindergarten class traveled to Walt Disney World today! We started by making our own Mickey ears and wrist bands and moved to the airport where we had to go through the body scans at the airport. We then moved through rotations of a Mickey scavenger hunt at Magic Kingdom, snacks around the world at Epcot, painting the Tree of Life at Animal Kingdom, and Toy Story and Star Wars stations at Hollywood Studios. We ended our trip with the famous fireworks show!

Miss Kobelak's 5th grade class completed their final social studies project today! Each group chose a different decade from 1920-2000 to research and present their findings to the class. Some students dressed up or brought in toys to reflect the fashion and fads of their time period. We had fun sharing and learning about different decades!

Today was game day in our 8 day countdown to summer break. Students enjoyed playing various board and card games!
