Ryan Park hosted VIP Breakfasts this week. Special adults were invited to the school to have breakfast, visit the book fair, and see the student's classrooms. The Trine Football team helped out by being the VIP for students who could not have someone attend the event.

MSD of SC is CANCELLED due to fog! Classes will switch to e-learning for the day. Students check your google classroom for assignments. Assignments will be posted by 10 am. Teachers will be available to answer questions from 10 to 3. Thank you

At Ryan Park we had our annual K-2 VIP Breakfast and Book Fair. Thank you to all of our Ryan Park families that attended today. We also want to extend a huge thank you to our PTO for all their work setting up the event and to the Trine University Softball Team for sending players to hang out with our students.

Students in Mrs. Levitz's second grade class at Ryan Park have been working hard on their playground projects!

While our students enjoyed a sunny day of play, our dedicated teachers and staff were hard at work enhancing their skills. They spent the morning engaged in training sessions and the afternoon participating in breakout sessions on various subjects, all led by their fellow colleagues.

Early this month it was brought to our attention that during morning drop off families were having issues making a left turn out of the Ryan Park parking lot. To help ensure the safety of all of our families we have installed a mirror across the street to help monitor oncoming traffic when making the turn. The attached picture shows the location of the mirror.

This week, students at Angola Elementary schools were presented with an exciting opportunity by Mackenzie Otter with the city of Angola Mayor's office. The City is hosting a design contest for this year's Christmas card. Each student has the option to submit one hand-drawn picture. The City Art Council will review all submissions and select one winner from each school. The lucky winners will have their artwork featured on 25 Christmas cards, along with a festive stocking filled with goodies. It's a wonderful chance to showcase creativity and spread holiday cheer! It is a great way to celebrate Day 2 of Arts in Education Week.
