Welcome 2022! While we thought we could return to more normal this school year, COVID has continued to keep us on our toes. We are so proud of our students in how they have handled this school year, continuing to learn despite these challenges. Our families have been incredibly supportive. We are thankful for each day we haveschool! Thank you!
Ryan Park has seen new faces throughout the first semester. Our Applied Skills classrooms welcomed Elizabeth McMillen. We also are welcoming our student teacher in 4th grade this spring. Welcome to Miss Mohamedali. Each new staff member always brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm, and we are thrilled they are now Rhinos!
Our students continue to show amazing progress in their skills, as well as their desire to innovate and create. Students are making progress on their math goals through Rocky’s Math Blast, looking forward to our first celebration in March. Field trips and programs have returned in the school, extending the learning beyond the classroom. We are very thankful to the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo and Junior Achievement for the great programming they have brought to our students. Great learning is happening at Ryan Park, and we cannot wait to show more of what we know in our second semester of school!
